Membership

Beneficiary Members

You can join as a beneficiary of Assam Healthcare Cooperative and enjoy all the welfare benefits. You are not entitled to vote in the society’s annual general meeting (AGM) and are not eligible to be elected to the board of directors.

ONLINE BENEFICIARY APPLICATION
Fee: Rs. 500.00 (LIFELONG) per individual.
The membership fee may be paid to A/C No 37171614127 / IFSC SBIN0007976, SBI, Guwahati-3. Once you paid the fee (you will need the payment reference), please Join Online Here. You will need a recent passport-size photo for the ID card.

Alternatively, email your (and any family member’s) name, address, and contact phone number to contact@assamhelthcare.coop or send it by WhatsApp (90852-28863). Remember to attach the passport photo and the transaction receipt.

We will post the membership card to you, or you may collect it from our office at Guwahati Club.

Shareholders

You may be a shareholder of the Assam Healthcare Cooperative Society if you are inspired by its aims and objectives and actively participate in its activities to advance the agenda. As a shareholder, you are entitled to participate in the society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), vote and also be able to get elected to its Board of Directors (BoD), the executive decision-making body of the Cooperative. Please contact us if you like to be a shareholder of the society.
